This menu is available for Iron Tribe gym members and will be delivered directly to Iron Tribe’s facility.
Monday:
- Breakfast: Paleo French Toast, Mango Chutney, Bacon, Organic Maple Syrup
- Lunch: Roasted Turkey Cobb Salad ~ Bacon, Cage Free Egg, Tomato, Cucumber, Avocado Vinaigrette
- Dinner: Grilled Pork Chops, Sundried Tomato & Artichoke Sauce, “Cous Cous”, Organic Carrots
Tuesday:
- Breakfast:Pulled Pork & Organic Spinach Quiche, Fruit
- Lunch: Honey & Key Lime Chicken Wings, Paleo Ranch, Celery
- Dinner: Grass Fed Meatloaf, Tomato Basil Sauce, Organic Broccoli
Wednesday:
- Breakfast: Roasted Tomato, Asparagus, & Cilantro Frittata, Bacon, Fruit
