Sage Events began as a private chef business in 2006 here in Naples. Our focus was small intimate dinner parties for our clients and preparing meals for the week in their homes. Over the years, Sage Events branched into full-service catering company – yet always with a commitment to the values that had produced success in a small intimate setting focusing on interesting, nutritious and great tasting food, reasonable prices, and superb service.

Our culinary team works closely with local purveyors to access the highest quality ingredients for each innovative menu. Sage Events maintains close relationships with the best creative minds in the industry to keep with the current trends in catering. Our team includes Chef/Owner Amber Phillips, event coordinators, event chefs, event designers, professional servers, and bartenders. Our staff is well trained and has the experience necessary for fabulous events always showing a level of professionalism our clients should always receive.

Sage Events operates out of a 1,200 sq feet space. We are able to produce hundreds of meals from scratch daily using fresh, all natural or organic ingredients. We specialize in gluten and dairy free cuisine and pride ourselves on creating menus where the guest not only enjoy immensely, but they don’t realize that such creative dishes have gluten omitted! We are also specialist in working with clients with food sensitivities and allergies. We are happy to create paleo, vegetarian, and vegan menus as well!
