  • Lunch: Uncured Ham, Apple, & Bacon Salad with Paleo Croutons
  • Dinner: Mojo Pulled Pork, Roasted Plantains and Organic Green Beans

Tuesday:

  • Breakfast: Mushroom, Kale. & Tomato Eggs Benedict, Bacon and Fresh Fruit
  • Lunch: Tuna & Avocado Salad, Stuffed Tomato and Mandarin Orange Slaw
  • Dinner: Mango, Peach, & Curried Turkey Meatloaf with Mashed Sweets

Wednesday:

  • Breakfast: Pulled Pork & Carmelized Onion Quiche with Fresh Fruit
  • Lunch: Seared Steak Salad with Sundried Tomato, Artichoke Hearts, Roasted Red Pepper, Olives and White Balsamic Dressing
  • Dinner: Organic Cilantro Chicken with Cauliflower Rice & Roasted Zucchini

Thursday:

  • Breakfast: Paleo Biscuits & Sausage Gravy with Fresh Fruit
