This menu is available for Iron Tribe gym members and will be delivered directly to Iron Tribe’s facility.
Monday:
- Breakfast: Banana Pancakes, Egg, Bacon, Fruit
- Lunch: Braised Short Rib & Yuca Fries
- Dinner: Grass Fed Beef & Mushroom Stew, Root Vegetables
Tuesday:
- Breakfast: Roasted Tomato, Bacon, & Brussels Frittata, Sausage, Fruit
- Lunch: Quiche Primavera, Organic Mixed Field Greens Salad
- Dinner: Herb Grilled Organic Chicken Thighs, Fried Sweet Potatoes, Yellow Squash
Wednesday:
- Breakfast: Cage Free Scrambled Egg & Arugula Baked Stuffed Tomato, Bacon, Fruit
- Lunch: Thai Spiced Chicken Wings, Paleo Ranch, Celery
