  • Lunch: Beef Burrito, Shredded Lettuce, Tomato, & Avocado ~ Salsa
  • Dinner: Roasted Blackened Pork Loin, Mango Salsa, Organic Broccoli, Roasted Eggplant

Wednesday:

  • Breakfast: Asparagus & Mushroom Spaghetti Squash Quiche,  Fruit
  • Lunch: Grilled Zucchini Manicotti, Basil Cashew “Cheese” (VEGAN)
  • Dinner: Roasted Turkey Asian Pineapple Glaze, Cauliflower Rice, Organic Carrots

Thursday:

  • Breakfast: Western Scramble ~ Cage Free Eggs, Peppers, Onions, Bacon, Fruit
  • Lunch: Kale, Carrot, Hemp Seed Heart, Spinach & Mushroom Burger, Green Goddess Mayo, Slaw (Vegetarian)

Friday:
