  • Dinner: BBQ Pork Ribs, Organic Calabaza Local Squash, Organic Green Beans

Tuesday:

  • Breakfast: Quiche Florentine, Bacon, Fruit
  • Lunch: Roasted Turkey Cobb, Cage Free Egg, Bacon, Tomato, Avocado Vinaigrette
  • Dinner: Shrimp & Grits, Chorizo & Mushrooms, Asparagus

Wednesday:

  • Breakfast: RoastedĀ Vegetable Frittata, Organic Chicken & Spinach Sausage, Fruit
  • Lunch: Uncured Turkey, Ham, Bacon Club ~ Sweet Potato Fries
